A purple cover with stylized pink lettering, ‘The Magnificent Malls of Edmonton.’

The Magnificent Malls of Edmonton features thirty Edmontonians sharing their funniest, saddest, most treasured, or most symbolic mall memory. This limited Riso-printed zine is a tribute to spaces that are often dismissed as “ugly” and seen solely as monstrous capitalist hubs, when they are also sites for laughter, heartbreak, reflection and community.

“And yet, no matter how we resist, our malls not only shape and section our city, they also shape us.”
